The deadline for final submissions is 31 January 2013. After you have submitted
your abstract and speaker contact information, you will receive an email confirmation
receipt for each successfully submitted abstract. If a confirmation e-mail is not
sent to you within 24 hours, then we did not receive your speaker proposal. The
review process will take a few weeks. You will be notified on the status of your
submission by 1st February 2013.
